Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students as a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in a dynamic school environment near Limon, CO. What We're Seeking:
Valid SLPA licensure, with eligibility to work in a school setting Previous experience supporting students from preschool through high school is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, educators, and families Ability to complete assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and document services in compliance with school requirements Enthusiasm for both direct therapy and consultative services Dedicated, organized, and flexible approach to managing caseload and schedules
What You'll Do:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to PreK-12 students Conduct and document speech-language assessments as assigned Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and special education staff Provide feedback to families and staff to support student progress Participate actively in school meetings and professional development as needed
