Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic success. Position Responsibilities Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Perform duties under the supervision of a licensed SLP in accordance with state regulations Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program Active SLPA license/certification in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain) Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Benefits of Working with Soliant Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match CEU and professional development opportunities Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Opportunities for contract renewal and nationwide placements Apply Today!
