Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited SLPA program and state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Previous school or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills Ability to manage a K-12 caseload, including work across multiple sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and support to students under the supervision of licensed SLPs Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective intervention plans Track student progress and provide thorough documentation May rotate among multiple school sites within the district Contribute to a positive and innovative therapy environment
