We're looking for an SLPA to join our growing team. We are a mobile practice, which means our therapists see children in their natural environments, including their homes, schools, preschools, and daycares. There is no sitting in the same clinic all day. You'll have your own caseload and independence throughout your day, while still having the support and supervision of an experienced SLP when you need it. Our caseload is primarily pediatric and includes children with a wide range of communication needs, including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, and social communication needs. What you'll be doing: Providing speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP Following individualized treatment plans and goals developed by the supervising SLP Traveling to homes, schools, preschools, and daycares to see clients Completing session notes and documentation in a timely manner Communicating with parents, teachers, caregivers, and your supervising SLP about client progress Building relationships with the children and families on your caseload We're looking for someone who: Is licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLPA in Florida Loves working with children Is dependable and able to manage their schedule independently Communicates well with families and other professionals Has reliable transportation and is comfortable driving between clients Is organized and stays on top of documentation Is open to feedback and enjoys being part of a team Pediatric experience is a plus, but we are also happy to consider a new graduate who is motivated, responsible, and eager to learn. We're a small, clinician-owned practice, and we try to give our therapists the best of both worlds: independence and flexibility in their day, with a team behind them when they need support. We want our therapists to enjoy the families they work with, feel comfortable asking questions, and have room to grow with the practice.
