A school system just outside North Fort Myers, FL, is seeking three dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for on-site roles across several school locations. Positions are available immediately and run through late May, with options for part-time and full-time schedules (up to 37.5 hours weekly). Caseloads range from 5055 students, providing focused, hands-on support to children in grades K8. In this role, you will collaborate closely with supervising Speech Language Pathologists and educational teams to deliver evidence-based therapy and support personalized student growth plans. Your skills will foster communication confidence and help students achieve their educational goals.

license is required. Prior experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred. Ability to manage caseloads of up to 55 students across combined school sites. Flexibility to travel between multiple schools within the district. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP. Implement treatment plans and support IEP goals for students. Maintain accurate records and progress notes. Collaborate with teachers, families, and related professionals. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Assist with student screenings and evaluations as needed.

Additional Details:

Immediate start with placement running until May 27, 2027. Must complete Florida fingerprinting requirements (options available for those with prints in the AHCA Clearinghouse).
