Job Description

Inspire student communication and growth while working directly in vibrant school communities! This contract opportunity is perfect for a motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) ready to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents from a variety of backgrounds. Multiple positions are open for skilled SLPAs interested in joining supportive educational teams in the North Fort Myers region. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, offering flexibility to match your availability and career goals. Youll collaborate with educators and supervising Speech Language Pathologists in multiple school settings, supporting caseloads of 50-55 students across elementary and middle school campuses. This on-site position allows you to deliver individualized and group therapy, track progress, and provide creative interventions designed to foster communication success for every student.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) SLPA license required Previous experience supporting school-aged children with speech and language needs (preferred) Familiarity with IEP processes and data documentation Ability to travel among various school sites as assigned Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Willingness to complete finger-printing and badge process for school compliance
Key Responsibilities:
