School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity working with K-5 students and supporting their growth in communication skills. This full-time position as an SLP or SLPA offers the chance to make a genuine impact in a school setting near Attleboro, MA. You will be responsible for a manageable caseload and enjoy built-in collaboration with two experienced supervising SLPs on staff.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active SLPA license or eligibility in Massachusetts Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to individual student needs and collaborate with educational teams Enthusiasm for supporting speech and language development in school-age children
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 25 K-5 students as outlined in their IEPs Work collaboratively with supervising SLPs to design, implement, and document therapy plans and progress Conduct both individual and small group sessions within the school environment Maintain accurate records and contribute to student evaluations and progress reports Communicate professionally with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
