Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting communication and language development for elementary-aged students as a full-time SLP or SLPA. You'll enjoy working with a manageable caseload of 25 students, all while benefiting from the mentorship and collaboration of two experienced supervising SLPs on staff.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA or SLP Previous experience working within a school setting is preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children ages 5-11 Commitment to supporting diverse learners' speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy interventions to elementary students Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and other school professionals Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress Support parent communication and participate in school meetings, as needed This is an environment that fosters professional growth and encourages collaboration.
