Your day will follow a consistent 7:30 am to 3:30 pm schedule, working closely with experienced professionals and nurturing students' communication growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid and current SLPA credential or license, meeting state requirements Prior experience in a school or elementary caseload preferred Familiarity with assisting in speech and language therapy activities Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build rapport with young students, teachers, and families Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans for elementary-aged students Provide direct and small group support to help students develop communication skills Track progress, gather data, and provide input for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Prepare materials and adapt activities to students' diverse learning needs Communicate and collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals Maintain student confidentiality and comply with school policies
