Are you an SLP-Assistant who loves working with kids, enjoys having flexibility in your schedule, and wants to empower families? Optimum Speech Language Services is growing, and we'd love to add another SLP-Assistant to our team.

We're a therapist-owned pediatric practice providing speech and language therapy in homes, daycares, ABA centers and schools -meeting children where they are and helping them communicate, play, learn, and connect in the environments where they feel most comfortable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide direct speech and language therapy based on treatment plans developed by a licensed SLP Travel to clients in homes, ABA centers, daycares, and schools Support children with communication, speech, language, and social-communication goals Provide families with strategies and home carryover activities Communicate with parents, caregivers, and supervising SLPs Complete timely and accurate documentation Participate in screenings and other therapy-related activities as appropriate Work collaboratively with your supervising SLP to support each child's progress
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an SLP-Assistant who is: Licensed/registered as an SLP-Assistant in North Carolina Warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with children Comfortable working independently in homes, daycares, centers, and schools Organized and able to keep up with documentation A strong communicator with families and team members Available for some after-school hours, particularly after 3 PM Able to travel between client locations Equipped with reliable insurance, valid NC driver's license and auto insurance Able to pass required background checks Pediatric experience is preferred, but we're also interested in meeting motivated SLP-As who are eager to grow.
