Sprout and Bloom Therapy Services is a warm, community-centered practice dedicated to helping little ones thrive during their earliest and most important years. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Early Intervention team and support families right in their homes across Pittsboro and nearby neighborhoods. At Sprout and Bloom, we believe that every child has a unique story and, with the proper support, they can flourish. If you love working with young children, empowering families, and making a difference through play, connection, and communication, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide in-home, play-based speech and language services for infants and toddlers (0-3). Support communication growth through routine-based coaching with parents and caregivers. Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance and supervision of a licensed SLP. Track progress and complete documentation in a timely and supportive environment. Build meaningful relationships with families and represent Sprout and Bloom with compassion and professionalism. Travel to homes in Pittsboro and surrounding areas, including Siler City, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Durham What We're Looking For A current North Carolina SLPA license in good standing. Experience or strong interest in Early Intervention , child development, and family-centered care. Someone playful, patient, warm, and excited to support little communicators as they grow. Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in home settings. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the service area. Bonus skills (not required but wonderful!) Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese. Experience with developmental delays, caregiver coaching, or early childhood programs. Why Join Sprout and Bloom?
