This contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant ready to work with elementary and preschool-aged children. This position is part-time, onsite, and spans the academic year from August 24, 2026, to June 17, 2027, with a flexible 21-hour workweek spread across three days.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active NH licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant is required Demonstrated school-based experience, preferably in elementary (2nd-5th grade) and early childhood settings Confidence in providing direct therapy to both group and individual students Comfortable servicing preschool populations as needed Familiarity or experience with ABA self-contained programs highly valued Completion of district-required fingerprinting process prior to start Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Implement speech/language therapy plans as designed by a supervising SLP Provide services to a 2nd-5th grade caseload with additional support to preschool students Document student progress and maintain accurate records in adherence to district policies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Adjust strategies to best meet the varying needs of students in both general education and ABA self-contained programs Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all interactions This is an excellent opportunity to balance meaningful clinical work with flexibility, as your schedule fits within school hours and allows for work-life harmony.
