Qualifications:

Current Oregon SLPA license required Previous experience in a school setting is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff Passion for helping young learners achieve their communication goals

Responsibilities:

Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality therapy services Support elementary-aged students with speech and language needs in individual and group settings Document student progress and assist with assessments as directed by supervising SLPs Communicate regularly with teachers and families regarding student progress Maintain compliance with all school and state procedures and timelines This contract role is designed for professionals seeking steady hours with work-life balance.
