What We're Looking For:

Valid SLPA license and credentials required Minimum of one year previous SLPA experience in a school setting (no new graduates) Proven ability to implement speech-language therapy plans under the direction of a licensed SLP Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and student-centered care

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy protocols as directed by supervising SLP Collect and document accurate data on student progress and session outcomes Support IEP meetings by providing relevant data and observations when needed Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and classroom modifications Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth
