Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a dedicated educational team serving students in Vale, OR, for the 2026-2027 school year with two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions and one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position available. These on-site roles offer a meaningful opportunity to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade with caseloads ranging from 25 to 30 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students (SLP) and K-6 students (SLPA). Manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 students, delivering tailored interventions and progress monitoring. Supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff, particularly overseeing 2 SLPAs engaged in early intervention services. Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings. Work within a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, plus a shorter day on Friday.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure and certification relevant to SLP or SLPA roles. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings. Ability to supervise SLPA staff effectively, ensuring quality and compliance. Competency with teletherapy is advantageous but not required. Strong organizational skills to manage varied caseloads and documentation.
