Role Snapshot:

SLP

• This is a role built for clinicians who want to do high-impact pediatric treatment without carrying the full administrative load alone. You will be the lead treating SLP for your caseload while partnering with an experienced supervisory SLP to support children with AAC, feeding, and language needs. SLPA/CF
• This role is ideal for an SLPA or CF who wants strong supervision, clear clinical direction, and a team that actually works together.

You will help deliver pediatric treatment for children with complex communication needs while learning from experienced SLPs who value mentorship and practical support.

What You'll Do:

SLP

• -Provide direct pediatric treatment for children with complex communication needs, including AAC, feeding, and language development.
• Lead treatment sessions, build strong relationships with families, and coach caregivers on carryover strategies.
• Use clinical tools, AAC systems, and ABI resources to help children participate more fully in daily life.
• Collaborate closely with the supervisory SLP and the interdisciplinary team to keep care coordinated and practical.
• Complete timely session documentation so care stays organized and families stay supported. SLPA/CF
• -Provide direct therapy services under the direction of the supervising SLP for children with language and AAC needs; feeding support may be included based on assignment, training, and competency.
• Carry out treatment plans, collect session data, and support consistency across therapy visits.
• Prepare materials, support AAC implementation, and help children stay engaged in meaningful sessions.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team about progress, participation, and carryover needs.
• Complete session notes and other assigned documentation in a timely, organized way.

What You Bring:

• Active Nevada SLP or SLPA license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, autism, and complex communication needs.
• Comfort with team-based care and openness to learning in AAC, feeding, and language treatment.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and a collaborative mindset.

What Makes This Role Different:

• You are the lead treating SLP, but you are not doing this alone. Every patient is paired with an experienced supervisory SLP.
• Standard model: Supervisory SLP sees the patient 1x/week and you see the patient 2x/week; if you are able to see the patient 3x/week, the supervisory SLP sees the patient 2x/month.
• All evaluations, re-evaluations, and care plans are written and completed by the supervisory SLP.
• This model is intentionally designed to reduce administrative load so you can stay focused on treatment quality.
• You will receive in-house AAC training through The AAC School, including ongoing video modules and session tools.

SLPA/CF:

Grow fast, get real support, and spend your time where it matters: in treatment.

• You will work under SLP supervision with clear treatment direction and strong support.
• Evaluations, formal reports, and care plans are handled by the supervising SLP.
• ABI provides in-house AAC training through The AAC School, including video modules and practical tools you can use in sessions.
• This is a great fit for an SLPA who wants to keep growing clinically without getting lost in chaos or inconsistent supervision.

Compensation:

$50-70/ visit dependent upon licensure and experience.
