Qualifications and Skills:

Valid SLPA license or certification appropriate for school settings Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required Previous experience in K-12 educational environments is highly desirable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a flexible, itinerant schedule and support multiple school sites Commitment to ethical and inclusive practices with students from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language support services to students across K-12 Work collaboratively with lead speech-language pathologists, educators, and families Travel between assigned school locations as needed each week Implement intervention plans under clinical supervision, supporting students communication goals Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes Engage in culturally responsive practices to foster equitable access for all learners Contribute positively to the school community and multidisciplinary educational teams
