SLPA Speech Language Pathologist Assistant- Outpatient Circle of Life Therapy Arlington, TX Job Details Full-time From $51.14 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications SLPA License Multidisciplinary collaboration in speech-language pathology Full Job Description Your Next Chapter Starts Here. At Circle of Life Therapy (COLT), we believe therapy is more than exercises and goals—it's about showing up, tuning in, and meeting people where they are. Since 2019, we've been reimagining pediatric care with a simple belief: every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported by someone who truly cares. We're a close-knit team that values heart over hype. And right now, we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant who's ready to step into a role that feels less like work and more like purpose. What you'll actually do:
  • Work alongside licensed SLPs to implement treatment plans that help kids find their voice—literally and figuratively
  • Deliver engaging, one-on-one therapy sessions in our clinic or ABA setting
  • Track progress, document wins, and adjust approaches as kids grow and change
  • Build real relationships with families who are counting on you This role is for you if:
  • You've graduated from a qualified SLPA program
  • You hold or are eligible for Texas SLPA licensure
  • You follow clinical guidelines with precision—but you're not afraid to bring personality and play into every session
  • You're a great communicator who can collaborate with therapists, teachers, and parents
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)? That's a plus—but definitely not required
  • New grads? Absolutely. We love mentoring fresh talent with big hearts What we bring to the table:
  • Full-time, pediatric-focused position
  • Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Schedules that respect your life outside work
  • Paid time off to actually rest
  • In-person work—because that's where the magic happens Think we might be a fit?
We'd love to hear from you—no formalities required. Call us at 469-866-4414 to ask questions, share your story, or just get a feel for who we are.
