Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Associate's degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field (required) Current SLPA license/certification for Texas Previous school-based or pediatric SLPA experience preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills A passion for helping children succeed in the school setting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language services to students under SLP supervision Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and therapy staff Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
