The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, particularly in a pediatric setting. We are seeking an individual that is passionate about helping children improve their communication skills. This role involves working in a pediatric outpatient clinic, providing therapy services to enhance the speech and language development of children.
REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders Texas license as a speech language pathologist assistant Bilingual English-Spanish
REQUIRED
1+ years of experience as a pediatric
SLPA PREFERRED
Hours/Schedule can be flexible. Passion for helping others and making a difference. Team player and demonstrate flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Follow documented treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Document student, patient, and client performance (e.g., tallying data for the SLP to use; preparing charts, records, and graphs) and report this information to the supervising SLP. Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support communication goals.
