Qualifications and Experience:

Active Texas SLPA license required Previous experience in schools (K-12 setting) is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Positive attitude and a passion for student development

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing direct and indirect speech-language services to students under supervision Support implementation of therapy plans, activities, and interventions as directed by an SLP Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as appropriate Help create a positive, supportive environment for students speech and language growth Collaborate with educators and staff to meet student goals
