Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students' communication skills in a dynamic, onsite contract position. As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you'll work from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with a caseload of 70-80 direct-service elementary students, primarily in group sessions and always under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Qualifications:

Hold an active Texas SLPA License, issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Experience working with elementary-aged students is highly desired Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and support staff Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards in school-based settings

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned students under SLP supervision Implement treatment plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP Collect data on student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Contribute to student IEPs by providing insights and progress documentation as requested Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages each child's growth and self-expression Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed Working onsite brings you into the school community, where you'll make a real, daily impact in students' academic and social development.
