Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language support to a caseload of 70-80 elementary students, primarily in group settings Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Maintain accurate session documentation and progress tracking Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student success Uphold ethical standards and comply with all local and state regulations

Qualifications:

Valid Texas SLPA License (issued by TDLR) Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Skill in leading small group sessions with elementary students Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and teams Commitment to student-centered, inclusive practice
