Job Description

Step into an impactful role assisting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Multiple full-time opportunities are available for dedicated SLPAs to support comprehensive speech and language services for K-12 students in a diverse educational environment. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, teachers, and school staff to help students achieve their communication goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain Experience working with K-12 students is preferred, but new graduates are welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively implement therapy activities as directed by a supervising SLP Organized, dependable, and committed to supporting student growth
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech/language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with screening and assessment procedures Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation of student progress Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success Support a positive, inclusive environment for students of varied backgrounds and abilities
