Active SLPA License issued by the state of Texas Experience working with or supporting students in a school setting (preferred) Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt approaches for diverse student needs Enthusiasm for collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork Commitment to maintaining ethical, responsible, and compassionate care

Role Highlights:

Serve in a K-12 setting with the support of nearby supervisors and a robust team Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of an SLP, following designated caseload sizes around 60 Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintaining documentation in accordance with policies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure ongoing student progress Work 3537.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligning with the academic calendar
