Key Qualifications:

Must hold valid SLPA licensure for the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure) Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary and/or middle school caseloads Excellent communication, organizational skills, and collaborative spirit Ability to quickly adapt to varied school environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP Serve elementary and middle school student caseloads, addressing articulation, language, and communication needs Implement therapy plans and monitor progress toward individual goals Collaborate with educators, family members, and support staff to foster student success Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
