Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas Minimum of one year of relevant experience working in a school, pediatric, or educational setting Familiarity with delivering speech and language interventions under SLP supervision Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong team orientation and a compassionate approach to student care Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 85 students

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech therapy services to students, following treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Support individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation of student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and the supervising SLP to promote effective communication strategies in the classroom Prepare and adapt activities and materials for therapy sessions Assist with screenings and progress monitoring as directed Maintain confidentiality and support a positive school environment Enjoy a sense of purpose each day as you help students reach their goals.
