Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and a virtual supervising SLP to ensure progress and support for each student Collect data, maintain accurate student records, and participate in school meetings as necessary Adapt activities and materials to accommodate diverse student needs Serve as a resource and advocate for students in speech-language programs

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State SLPA licensure or eligibility to obtain Washington SLPA certification and OSPI fingerprint clearance Experience supporting students in a school setting; prior work with middle schoolers is highly valued for one of the positions Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a school-based team Commitment through June 23, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours each week These long-term placements offer the security of a school-year contract in a vibrant, collaborative district.
