Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current SLPA licensure or eligibility in Washington State Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations (preferred) Strong understanding of early intervention practices for toddlers and infants Comfort collaborating with speech-language pathologists and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing needs and individualized plans

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs Support language, articulation, and communication development in young children Conduct routine progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation Facilitate one-on-one and small group activities both in the classroom and individually Provide resources and support to families and caregivers to strengthen at-home communication opportunities Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goal attainment
