13 Weeks Duties Perform decontamination of used surgical instruments and medical devices using approved sterilization techniques. Assemble, inspect, and package sterile instruments and equipment according to established aseptic techniques. Operate sterilizers, endoscope reprocessors, and other medical equipment safely and efficiently. Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation and documentation. Reprocess endoscopes with adherence to manufacturer guidelines and infection control standards. Maintain detailed records of sterilization cycles, instrument tracking, and quality assurance documentation. Implement infection prevention measures in accordance with healthcare infection control protocols. Conduct routine quality checks on sterilized items to ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate timely delivery of sterile instruments for surgical procedures. Follow all safety procedures related to handling contaminated materials and sterilized equipment.

BLS AHA HSPA

Pay:

$1,250.48 - $1,350.33 per week
