Every day, you will meticulously process and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, assembling trays, conducting quality checks, and maintaining inventory. You'll provide excellent service to patients, physicians, and staff, ensuring tools are safe and ready for procedures. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a rigorous commitment to sterilization protocols, working efficiently and expertly to support optimal outcomes. Prepares and delivers case carts. Utilizes aseptic technique with sterile supplies Decontaminates surgical instruments and other medical equipment Prepares and wraps instrument sets for various methods of sterilization Answers telephone, fills orders, issues and stocks supplies Utilizes various methods of high/low temp sterilization and disinfection processes Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
