Job Summary:
This position is accountable for cleaning, inspecting, assembly, high-level disinfection, and/or sterilization of all instrumentation, and/or medical devices, and flexible endoscopes for the hospital. Responsible for accurately entering data into an instrument tracking system. Follows departmental policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. May assume lead role.Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) Licenses and Certifications CRCST- Certified Registered Central Service Technician
- HSPA
- Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (required) Or CBSPDT
- Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
- Certified Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution (required) Or CSPDT
- Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
- CBSPD
- Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution (required) And Work Experience Minimum two (2) years Sterile processing experience.
Compensation Range:
$25.36- $36.
