THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR STERILIZATION LAB TECHNICIAN YOUR ROLE
You'll play an important part in our efficiency and patient satisfaction, helping your team wherever you can to support our day-to-day operations. With an upbeat attitude, you'll follow directions from your team to perform entry-level tasks like sterilizing instruments, making retainers, and properly operating 3D printers. Over time, you'll be able to develop your orthodontic knowledge and work towards becoming a more confident and independent professional!
OUR REQUIREMENTS
This is an entry-level position , so while related experience in a laboratory, dental, medical, or healthcare environment would be ideal, we're open to candidates ready to learn and give their best! We're looking for someone who has: Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic Positive, collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Drive to learn more and grow within the field Sharp attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to follow all SOPs Ability to multi-task and maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards As for preferred criteria, experience with sterilization procedures, autoclaves, infection-control protocols, and laboratory equipment would be helpful. Familiarity with OSHA, CDC, or applicable infection-control standards would also be preferred. Relevant licenses/certifications (Infection Control, CA Dental Practice Act, CPR BLS, etc.) would be a plus. JOIN US!
