Job Description

Join Our Orthodontic Team! We are seeking a reliable, motivated, friendly, and team oriented person to join our private orthodontic practice. This is a multi-functional position for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, staying busy, expanding their knowledge, and being an important part of a close-knit team! The ideal candidate is someone who is professional, dependable, organized, proactive and willing to jump in any area to make a positive impact! Experience preferred but are willing to train the right candidate! Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage incoming calls and handle patient inquiries efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the system Schedule, confirm, coordinate patient appointments Collect payments and assist with insurance verification as needed Collaborate with staff, doctors, and referring offices to ensure smooth patient flow and proper coordination of care Communicate important treatment related information to patients Maintain a clean and organized office environment for patients and team members Prep and turn chairs Seat and prep patients for routine appointments Assist with taking records as needed Assist with sterilization as needed Requirements Willing to commute between Chino and Riverside locations as needed Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred Familiarity with terminology is highly desirable Computer literacy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse populations Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail Punctual and reliable Comfortable floating between front/light back office duties
