Evening Shift | 3:00 PM•11:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

13 Weeks Job Description "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for a sterile processing department supporting surgical services. The role involves cleaning, sterilizing, assembling, and preparing surgical instruments to ensure safe operating room readiness. Key Responsibilities Reprocess and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Perform decontamination, assembly, and packaging of instrument trays Ensure proper tracking and documentation of instruments Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Support operating room efficiency through timely instrument turnaround Follow all hospital safety and sterile processing protocols Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent sterile processing experience required HSPA Certification preferred Strong knowledge of instrument reprocessing procedures Ability to work consistent evening shifts Detail-oriented with strong safety compliance awareness For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
