WinnMed is hiring for a full-time, Lead Sterile Processing Technician to join the Surgical Services team. In this role you will be a working lead responsible for coordinating and performing daily sterile processing operations and tasks.

This will include:

Coordinating and scheduling staff assignments, managing workflow and allocating appropriate resources to support surgical services.

Serving as a knowledgeable technical and functional resource for staff, providing guidance and support on instrumentation, sterilization processes, equipment operation and department policies.

Assisting and evaluating orientation and training of assigned staff members.

Monitoring and reporting compliance with policies and procedures.

Overseeing the utilization and maintenance of supplies, instruments, and equipment.

Performing the daily tasks of preparing surgical equipment through decontamination, sterilization the decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies.

Schedule Will include rotating shifts:

5:30 AM

• 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM
• 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM
• 6:30 PMNo nights, weekends, or Holidays
