Job Description

We are looking for a team member that is compassionate to patients and has a strong work ethic. Must pay attention to details and understand infection control.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments and equipment
  • Follow proper infection control protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment and supplies
  • Assist in inventory management of dental supplies
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
  • Assist dental team during procedures as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
  • Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, CAD)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
  • Patient assessment skills to ensure proper sterilization procedures are followed
  • Knowledge of pediatric dental care and the unique sterilization requirements for young patients
  • Experience working as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is a plus
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems for scheduling and record keeping
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to understand dental procedures We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
