$30.15 Pay package discussed upon application Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You'll Do Prepare, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments using sterilizers, Sterrad machines, and ultrasonic equipment Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards Assist surgical teams by providing sterile instruments efficiently during procedures Maintain detailed records of sterilization processes and equipment logs Adhere to hospital policies for instrument reprocessing and documentation Support emergency team assignments if needed, including staying onsite during events or relief shifts

What You Need Required:

CRCST or CSPDT certification At least 3 years of hospital-level sterilization experience (Level I or II) Experience with sterilizer, Sterrad, and ultrasonic equipment Ability to work night shifts and handle fast-paced environments

Preferred:
