What You Need Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience with sterile processing or surgical technology Ability to work independently and lead a team Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:

Certifications such as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST Experience as a scrub tech or surgical tech in a hospital setting About the Assignment This role involves overseeing the sterile processing department at a leading facility in Shreveport, LA.
