What You Need Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience with team leadership in healthcare or sterile processing Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management Effective communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
