What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise sterile processing service operations supporting preoperative workflows Manage inventory levels of supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and reporting of medical supplies and instruments Train and develop staff to optimize department productivity and adherence to standards Maintain compliance with all regulations and safety standards in a healthcare setting Collaborate with surgical teams and other hospital departments to ensure seamless operations Handle inventory transactions and monitor supply utilization to control costs
What You Need:
Valid certification such as
CRCST, CSPDT, CST
(preferred) Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in sterile processing or surgical tech in a hospital environment Strong computer skills, organization, and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties if required Ability to exert physical effort consistent with heavy work requirements, including moving objects weighing 25-50 pounds occasionally and up to 100 pounds rarely About the
