What You'll Do:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies to ensure readiness for procedures Follow strict safety and sterilization protocols Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes Support surgical teams by ensuring timely availability of sterile equipment Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards in the sterile processing environment Collaborate with staff to meet departmental and hospital goals

What You Need:

Valid CRCST, CSPDT, or CFER certification, or surgical technology certification with sterile processing training (completed within 6 months of hire) At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile processing, OR, Neuro, Ent procedures preferred Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
