Job Description
Job Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sterile Processing Tech Lead to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the sterile processing department, ensuring the highest standards of instrument sterilization and patient safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sterile processing, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sterile processing team to ensure efficient and effective instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution.
- Develop, implement, and monitor protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth and maintain high-quality service.
- Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments and equipment.
- Manage inventory control and maintenance of sterile processing equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to sterile processing activities. Qualifications
- Proven experience in sterile processing with a strong understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Certification in sterile processing (CSPDT or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Pay Range:
$20.47- $28.
