5×8-hour Day Shifts Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician Supervisor to join the team in Wolfeboro, NH. This position is ideal for a certified Sterile Processing professional with strong leadership skills and experience overseeing sterile processing operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily Sterile Processing Department (SPD) operations. Ensure instruments and surgical equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, sterilized, assembled, and distributed. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support and guide SPD staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care. Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and departmental needs. Provide support for weekend call coverage when needed. Requirements Sterile Processing certification is required. Previous experience in Sterile Processing. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of sterile processing procedures, infection prevention, and sterilization techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:
