11:00 PM-7:30 AM Monday-Friday Occasional holidays may be required Call required Position Highlights Sterile Processing Team Lead opportunity in a Level I Trauma Center Lead daily sterile processing operations and support department workflow Coordinate instrument decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution Ensure surgical instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, functional, and ready for patient use Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance Mentor staff and coordinate daily workflow Use Censitrac for instrument tracking and documentation Floating may be required between locations within the health system Adult patient population Teaching hospital environment Required Experience Minimum 4 years of sterile processing experience Previous leadership or charge experience required Experience in an acute hospital OR environment Level I Trauma Center experience required First-time travelers accepted Teaching hospital experience preferred Community hospital experience preferred Required Certifications HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM)

Requirements Minimum 4 years of SPT experience Previous leadership or charge experience Level I Trauma Center experience required HSPA/IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification required Censitrac experience required Experience with drills, scopes, and Da Vinci systems required Two professional references required At least one must be from a manager, director, supervisor, or formal leader Charge reference acceptable for the second reference Coworker references are not accepted RTO must be provided at submission and built into the contract Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday before start Ohio fingerprinting must be completed urgently after contract signing Candidates must be responsive and cooperative throughout credentialing Traveler Eligibility Candidates within 50 miles are not eligible Previous permanent staff are not eligible Return travelers who have previously worked anywhere within the health system are not eligible Travelers who have reached the one-year maximum contract limit are not eligible for extensions or future assignments Locals are accepted at the same pay rate where applicable Additional Information COVID vaccination is not required Flu vaccination required; medical exemptions only Floating may be required between locations Occasional holiday coverage Call required Parking options are available through the local parking program BI01
