Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) for a temp-to-perm opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, and Magnet Hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Sterile Processing experience in a Level I Trauma setting, with hands-on experience in decontamination, sterilization, and assembly/wrapping. The clinician may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs and may float to sister facilities or be permanently reassigned to CSC, ART, or West Campus.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing experience Level I Trauma experience required First-time travelers are not accepted Experience with: Decontamination and disinfection, Sterilization, Assembly and wrapping, Aseptic technique, Case carts, Sterilization indicators and monitoring, Flexible endoscope/scope reprocessing, Sets/trays assembly, High-Level Disinfection (HLD) National certification required: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM) Experience with Neuro, GU/Urology, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN preferred Acute Hospital OR and Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred (JY01)
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
