Job Description
Our Dental Office is seeking a Sterilization and Janitorial Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in working with medical equipment and is knowledgeable of sterilization processes, though we can do on the job training. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring all medical office follows sterilization protocols and will regularly conduct quality-control procedures to ensure our clinic is a safe environment for our patients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and clean instruments. Insert surgical instruments into sterilizer in a way that causes no cross-contamination. Handle sterilizing materials in a way that prevents toxic chemical exposure. Work with team member to ensure all areas of the office are kept clean. Breakdown and reset operatories. Learn Instrument setups for various procedures. Know how to use specialized cleaning tools. Assist doctors in simple procedures such as polishing Employee is eligible over time to start Cross Training as a Dental Assistant for increased pay.Job Type:
