Deposits Specialist II (Exception Processing and Reconciliation)

Job Description

Bank Operations is responsible for executing and supporting the end-to-end operational activities that enable accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of the organization's banking products and services.
Activities may include:
Processing financial transactions Maintaining account records Performing reconciliations Ensuring adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements Monitoring workflow efficiency Resolving operational exceptions Implementing process improvements Collaborating with business partners to support seamless client and branch operations The Deposits area specializes in: Processing deposits, including wire transfer, Automated Clearing House (ACH), lockbox, check processing, exception processing, and return item processing. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws. Other duties as assigned. Position Accountabilities Career Level Definition Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

Working under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation. Position Qualifications Education & Experience Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience May require vocational or technical training Knowledge & Skills Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
