Position Overview As the All-on-Four Prosthetic Dental Assistant , you will work closely with doctors, lab technicians, and surgical teams to support all phases of the full-arch prosthetic process—from conversion to final delivery. Your expertise in temporaries, bite registration, adjustments, and patient care will be instrumental in delivering life-changing results. Key Responsibilities Assist with prosthetic appointments including try-ins, conversions, and final deliveries Support doctors in recording accurate records (impressions, scans, bites, shade selection) Chairside support during conversion appointments following surgery Ensure patient comfort during lengthy procedures Coordinate with in-house or external dental labs on timelines and adjustments Perform prosthesis adjustments and minor repairs when needed Manage inventory of prosthetic materials and tools Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness Educate patients on prosthetic care and post-operative instructions Required Qualifications 2+ years of dental assistant experience, preferably in prosthetics or implants Strong understanding of All-on-Four protocols and restorative phases Certified DA or RDA (as required by state regulations) Excellent communication, organization, and chairside skills Familiarity with digital workflow (intraoral scanners, CBCT, CAD/CAM) Experience with patient impressions, temporaries, bite registration, and adjustments Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Previous experience assisting with conversion appointments Knowledge of immediate load protocols and implant-supported prosthetics Experience with digital smile design or 3D printing workflows Skilled in working with lab teams for customization and shade-matching Why You'll Love Working Here Be a key player in delivering life-changing full-arch prosthetic solutions Supportive, skilled, and collaborative surgical + prosthetic team Access to advanced technology and ongoing training Growth opportunity into lead or hybrid assistant roles Ready to Join Our Smile-Making Team?
