The ideal candidate is confident in a surgical environment, provides exceptional patient care, and works well as part of a fast-paced clinical team. Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon during surgical and clinical procedures
• Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials
• Assist with patient preparation before procedures
• Monitor and support patients during treatment and recovery
• Provide attentive postoperative care and patient instructions
• Take and process dental radiographs and clinical images
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare operatories between patients
• Maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and clinical supplies
• Accurately document clinical information in patient records
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional clinical environment
• Communicate compassionately with patients and help reduce anxiety before and after procedures Qualifications
• Previous oral surgery or surgical assisting experience required
• Strong knowledge of surgical assisting techniques and infection-control procedures
• Experience with dental radiography
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures and patient recovery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
